Question: Are you insured?
Answer: Yes. Liability insurance covers property damage and workers compensation protects the homeowner in the event that a worker gets injured. This insurance is extremely important for the homeowner’s protection. It is also quite expensive and not mandatory for smaller companies, so some companies advertise as being fully insured without carrying workers compensation. So, it may prove to be beneficial to ask for proof. We carry all insurance for us and for our customers protection.
Question: Will there be any other charges added to the estimate?
Answer: Never, unless you decide to add additional services.
Question: Do you need to come to my house to do an estimate?
Answer: Yes. We do this to ensure you get the service you are expecting.
We tailor each service to fit the customer needs exactly. For example,
we don’t just wash every house with the same soaps the same way.
These estimates are done at no charge as a courtesy to our customers.
Question: Do you use subcontractors?
Answer: No. We have all full time employees and have great employee retention.
You can ask questions to any crew member and they will be able to give
you an educated answer.
Question: Will your cleaners damage my plants and flowers?
Answer: Absolutely not. The majority of companies today only use bleach as their “cleaning” solution. This is where the customers concern for their vegetation comes from. We utilize a whole arsenal of specialty cleaners designed specifically for residential pressure cleaning, many of which come from citrus concentration. Besides being far superior cleaners, they are also much safer for your plants and surrounding areas.
